Changes from .03a to .04a:
Changed the number of tunes to display the correct number. Since the
array is 0 based, I forgot to add one to the number before printing,
so it was always one less than is in the tunes.bbs
Added a new/line to the end of 'Number of tunes in tunes.bbs is'.
Moved both lines to the end of the program so nothing is printed but
an error message if one is printed.
Removed the reference to use the /A switch since it isn't in yet.
Changes from .04a to .05a
MRTG would not recognize a YELL number if there wasn't a space between
the * and the Yell. Now MRTG will recognize *Yell1 or * Yell1.
Changes from .05a to .06a
The change I made in .04a for printing the number of tunes in
tunes.bbs was incorrect. The actual problem was MRTG not recognizing
a Yell if there wasn't a space between the * and the Yell. Removed
the fix.

.06a
First BETA package!
Changes from .06a to .07b
.06a would only run on a 286, that has been changed to run on just
about everything.
Added a quiet switch /q to turn off the two lines that tell you how
many tunes there are and what the random tune is. Might only save a
millisecond or two, but it's there if you want it.
Added another error message in tunes.bbs search. It is when there
is not a space between the * and either the comment or the Yell#.
Added printing of the line number and the offending line when an
error occurs while parsing tunes.bbs for easier tracing.
